To sign up for a Dot&Lo account:
Go to the Dot&Lo's sign up page.
Choose how you want to register and enter your details. You can sign up to Dot&Lo with your email address, Facebook account or Google credentials.
Click Sign Up.
You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
Track your orders and review past purchases
Add pieces you love or missed out on to your Wish List
Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future
If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.
During checkout, you will be required to enter your name, shipping address, payment card number, phone number and billing address. If you have an account on Dot&Lo, you can save your address and payment information to the account for a faster checkout next time.
At checkout, below your order summary, you will see “Enter Promotional Code”. Enter the entire code and select “Apply”.
We accept Mastercard, VISA and VISA Debit from Canadian and US banks. We are unable to accept international credit cards. Pre-paid credit cards are accepted as long as there is an address registered on file with the issuing bank.
When you place your order, a preauthorization is put on the method of payment. This ensures we can successfully charge the order when it is ready to ship. Once the order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse, your method of payment will be charged. You will not be charged for any out of stock items.
As of yet, Dot&Lo does not charge taxes.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, it can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, the package is prepared for shipment.
To cancel the order, you need to sign in to your account. Once you are signed in, select “Order History” and find the order you would like to cancel. Select “Cancel Order”. You can also cancel an order from your order confirmation email. In the email, you can select the order number and cancel from the order confirmation screen.
We currently ship to all Canadian and United States postal codes. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services, and hotels.
To view the information necessary to track your order, sign into your account. In the options, click “Order History”. Find the order that has been shipped and open it to view the details. There will be a title called “Track Package(s)”, and under this title you’ll see the tracking number. Select the tracking number to open the shipment progress page and view the status of the package.
If there is an issue with an item on your order and you would like to return it by mail, then Dot&Lo covers all shipping fees. Please refer to our 'Exchanges and Returns' page for more details on how to return and exchange an item or an order.
Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) allows you to break up your purchase of an eligible product into equal monthly payments. When you use the program, Dot&Lo charges a transactional fee of 3.4% of your total instalment amount per transaction. To see how much you will pay monthly for a product before buying, please go to the product page and checkout the 'My Monthly Instalment Payment Breakdown' section.
To apply for the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) program:
Please complete your order purchase by selecting 'Yes' for the 'Pay In Instalment' option on the product page.
After receiving your order confirmation, you will receive the 'BNPL Application Instructions' email within the next 12 hours. This email will contain instructions for how you can apply for the BNPL program.
To apply for the program, you will need to download and fill out our 'Credit Card Authorization' form attached in the email. Once your application is approved, this form will allow Dot&Lo to automatically deduct your monthly instalment payments from your approved credit card by their due dates. Please send us the completed form by replying to the 'BNPL Application Instructions' email.
You will be automatically notified via email as soon as your bank approves the authorization for us to automatically charge the remaining instalment payments to your card.
Please ensure that you have entered correct information into the form or the authorization will be denied. In case of denied authorization, we will email you to resend us the completed form with correct information. If the authorization is denied a second time, Dot&Lo will decline your BNPL application. We will email you about your application denial and return your first instalment payment to your original payment method.
You can try to reapply for the program after a waiting period of 30 days from the date your previous application was declined.
Please note that if we notice at the time of approving your application that your card will expire before the final instalment payment's due date. We will ask you to send us the completed 'Credit Card Authorization' form for another of your credit card that we can use as backup after your first card expires. After your application has been approved, we will notify you via email 7 days before your first's card's expiration date or your next instalment payment's due date (whichever comes first) to give you a chance to send us the updated information for your expired card. If we don't receive the updated card information by the next instalment payment's due date, then we will charge the remaining payments onto your backup card.
If at anytime you would like us to use another credit card rather than the one(s) we have on your account. Please notify us via email to info@dotnlo.com with the attached completed 'Credit Card Authorization form' for the card you would like us to use for the future instalment payments. Please notify us of this request at least 7 days before your next instalment payment is due or we might not be able to approve your request.
Once your application is approved, we will setup an account for you on our payment provider's platform and your approved credit card will be saved to your account. This credit card will be charged for your remaining instalment payment(s) on their respective due dates. You will be automatically notified via email every time your credit card is charged for an instalment payment.
